Complaints Process

The Zoological Society of London – London Zoo takes complaints seriously and has a clear complaints process in place to ensure that all issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. If you have a complaint, you can send an email to complaints@zsl.org or call the complaints phone number at +44 20 7405 9000.

Once your complaint has been received, you will be contacted by a member of the team who will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Complaints are usually resolved within 7 working days, although more complex issues may take longer.

If you are not happy with the resolution of your complaint, you can escalate it by contacting the ZSL Director of Communications at communicationsdirector@zsl.org.
