Complaints Process

At Zing Cases, we value customer feedback and aim to resolve complaints as quickly and efficiently as possible. To make a complaint, customers can contact our dedicated complaints department via email, phone or social media. Our complaints team will respond within 24 hours to acknowledge receipt of the complaint and begin an investigation.

Once the investigation is complete, our complaints team will provide the customer with a resolution or next steps within 7 working days. If the customer is not satisfied with the resolution provided by our complaints team, they can escalate their complaint to our Customer Service Manager who will review the complaint and provide a final response.
