  1. Dear ZARA Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I received during my recent visit to your store. Today, I went to the ZARA store located at Stratford to return some items which had faded in color after a single wash. However, my experience was nothing short of terrible.

I would like to stress the importance of having visible identification on security personnel within the store. This is crucial in ensuring that customers feel safe and secure while shopping and also helps to prevent any confusion or misunderstandings.

Firstly, I was appalled by the lack of willingness from the staff to help me with my concerns. Despite explaining my issue to the staff member who was handling the returns, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a complete lack of interest in resolving the issue. Instead, I was simply told that the items could not be returned, without any explanation or effort to investigate the issue further.

Furthermore, the attitude of the staff member was extremely unprofessional and rude. I felt that I was being treated as an inconvenience, rather than as a valued customer who had spent money on the products. The overall lack of empathy and understanding was deeply disappointing and made me feel that my business was not appreciated.
    Person Involved.
upon asking your staff was unwilling to identify the person in charge. They did not give me any name just a badge number i.e.71700.
    Security guard.
Your staff threatened to throw me and my wife out of the store and asked security to escort us. I noticed that the security guard who was confronting me was a lady and she was not wearing any identification badges or uniform that would indicate her affiliation with the store or the security company.

As a customer, this lack of identification made me feel uneasy and concerned about my safety while in the store. I approached a staff member to voice my concern and was disappointed by the way in which my issue was handled. The staff member seemed disinterested and did not take my concern seriously, which only added to my frustration.

As a customer of ZARA, I expect a certain level of service and support, especially when it comes to issues with products that are faulty or do not meet my expectations. However, my experience today has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.

I need to follow up on this incident and need a complete report on this matter. I need a written apology from the staff. otherwise, I have a right to escalate the issue further to,

Social media: You can use social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook or Instagram to voice your concerns and tag the store or company in your post. Companies often monitor their social media accounts and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner.

Consumer Protection Agencies: You can also report the incident to consumer protection agencies or local law enforcement agencies if you feel your safety was compromised.

Review websites: You can also post a review on websites such as Yelp or Google reviews to share your experience with others and potentially alert the company to the issue.

I hope that you take my feedback seriously and take the necessary steps to improve the customer service experience at your store. I would appreciate a prompt response to my concerns and hope that you can offer a satisfactory resolution to my issue.

    Sincerely,

    MR. Saud M Yousaf
