The Complaints Process
At Youth and Earth, we take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them as efficiently and effectively as possible. We encourage customers to reach out to us via email, phone or Twitter if they have any concerns about their purchase. Once we receive a complaint, we will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 7 days.
We will investigate the situation and keep the customer informed of our progress along the way. If we are unable to provide a solution within 7 days, we will provide the customer with an update and an estimated timeframe for resolution.
