YourRepair takes all customer complaints seriously and aims to resolve them as quickly as possible. If you have a complaint, you can either contact them by phone or email using the details provided in the table above. Alternatively, if you prefer to contact them via social media, you can do so on Twitter.
YourRepair will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and will aim to resolve it within 4 weeks of receiving it. If they are unable to resolve your complaint within this timeframe, they will inform you of the reasons for the delay and provide you with a date by which they expect to resolve it.
If you are not happy with how your complaint has been handled, you can escalate it to the Financial Ombudsman Service or the energy Ombudsman, depending on the nature of your complaint.
