Complaints Process

However, if you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us using the complaints email or phone number provided in the table above. We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days and aim to resolve it within fourteen working days. In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint within this timeframe, we will keep you informed of progress.

If you are still unhappy after we have completed our complaints procedure, you can refer your complaint to the Independent Healthcare Sector Complaints Adjudication Service (ISCAS).
