Complaints process

Yopa.co.uk understands that their customers may have concerns and complaints from time to time. They believe in transparency and fairness and hence have a process in place for receiving and dealing with complaints.

Customers who wish to file a complaint can do so by email, phone, or post. They aim to acknowledge all complaints within two working days of receipt and aim to provide a resolution within seven working days.

If a resolution is not possible within that timeframe, a member of the team will be in touch with regular updates on the progress of the complaint. In the unlikely event that the complaint remains unresolved, customers are encouraged to escalate the matter to the Property Ombudsman.
