How to Lodge a Complaint to Wowcher

You can complain via any of the above means but filing the complaint via live chat is easy as it is an instant means of lodging your complaint. For lodging, a complaint via phone, visit their website, and at the bottom of the homepage, you will find the ‘contact us’ tab. Click this tab and you will be redirected to another webpage, where you will find the live chat facility.

Now, click the live chat option to connect with the team in real time. The live chat advisors are online from 08:00 AM – 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Besides reaching them out by phone, you can also register your complaint via any of the following methods.

Via WhatsApp

If you want to connect them via WhatsApp then you can also do it as customer support team is also available on WhatsApp. The WhatsApp functionality is present on the contact page of their website. Once they receive your complaint via this communication means then they will instantly get back to you.

Via Social Media Platforms

Wowcher has also online presence on several social media platforms like Facebook, and Twitter. Links to their official Facebook and Twitter accounts are provided on the contact page of their website. If you connect with the customer team via Facebook or Twitter then they will respond you instantly. Reps of customer support team are available on Facebook and Twitter from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

In case, you don’t want to register your complaint on the website then alternatively you can do it via their app. Wowcher has an interactive app which you can download from both apple and Google play stores.   1. You are the hardest company to get hold of for an answer.You have taken money out of my account for a camping chair which I have not received and no information from you as to what is happening. All I get is constant voucher offers from you which I DO NOT NOT want. All I want is my money back or the chair (that’s if it exists at all) Please sort this out ASAP before I call my bank

    • Theresa – I’m sorry for your trouble and I am having the EXACT same problem – where is the live chat when you need it – and not only when you’re about to purchase something. Outrageously poor customer service. I may submit an iComplaint – perhaps we should both do it…they sold me a Microsoft Professional package which in the very small print (that I hadn’t seen) was not compatible with my mac computer. Good luck with chasing and catching them! Cheers, Joanna

  2. A Bigzzia barbecue was ordered several weeks ago and when it was delivered, two side plates were missing. These plates are for the firebox and are integral to the whole structure. After complaining and asking for the plates to be sent, there was a significant delay before another parcel arrived. We unpacked everything today to finally build the barbecue only to find that only one side has been sent!
    My husband has deleted all the messages around this item thinking that the issue had been resolved.
    We still cannot build the barbecue and are reluctant to wait any more time for missing parts. Summer is almost over here in Scotland.

  3. I have just thrown away the Christmas jumper that I redeemed my wowcher for. It cost over £11. I ordered a JUMPER but received a TOP made of cheap flimsy material, and it was only fit for the BIN. Jumpers are made of WOOL or Yarn!
    These companies should get there descriptions right. I am disgusted.
    Should have sent it back for a refund, but I was so angry, and the dustmen where collecting collecting today, so they took it with the rest of my Rubbish.

I ordered a single bed and paid the delivery charge for it to be delivered on the 7th of January have had no confirmation been in contact with you and was told to contact the company which I did only to be sent a message to book a date for delivery which will now be the 13th January l think your service to me has been diabolical and the performance of redeeming the voucher codes l can honestly say I am very disappointed with the service I have received from your company and will not be ordering from you again regards Mrs j lewis
