Complaints Process

At Wood Leisure Holiday Parks, we strive to provide the best possible holiday experience for our customers. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your stay, we have a complaints process in place to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly and appropriately.

If you have a complaint, we encourage you to speak to a member of our on-site team as soon as possible. They will do their best to resolve the issue immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved on-site, please contact our customer service team using the contact details provided above.

We take all complaints seriously and will do our best to address your concerns as quickly as possible. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 28 days.
