Hello, on visiting your store in Barry, I had to get quite a lot of things. So I asked the girl on the till if she could free a trolley for me, she was lovely and called what I believe was her manager, he was an Asian gentleman and just said no he could not get us a trolley, at no time did this man become helpful just past us a pull basket and left. I had to get some aero neut, my husband wanted 3 packets,I could only manage one. also two tins of paint this I could not manage Still I spent £27 I have my receipt, My Esperance in the shop was to say the least stressful. The reason we use this Wilco is there is a disabled parking place right outside. Please can you let me know why he could not free a trolley for us. I can’t get the complaints form on their website to send, nothing happens. I sent an email complaint to enquiries@wilko.com but it turns out that that email isn’t monitored and they tell you to contact Customer Services using the website.
You can’t contact Wilko. They have made it impossible.
