  1. After ordering bathroom from Wickes and being delivered on time it went downhill. the plumbers came day after informed-at present 3 weeks in we still have no bath/shower toilet. The plumbers have taken 5 days away on other jobs before our bathroom ,and on the day they were hoping to get things sorted it turns out the toilet was the wrong one for our bathroom. A new one has been ordered which could take at least a week to come. Also the shower door is the wrong size and too big, the radiator valve are the wrong ones so that also couldn’t be fitted. The wash basin cabinet was also too big , and the plumbers said there was not enough room in bathroom to put in cabinet. To sit on toilet you are leaning against cabinet, so the person who measured handent taken this into consideration. At present we are no near having a bathroom and having to use family and friends to use shower. Having spent £8,000 plus we are annoyed at the lack of progress. I look forward to a reply
