  1. Hi there, I visited your Buchanan Galleries store this morning in Glasgow.

I wanted to politely recommend a refresher in customer service training for one of your colleagues (a young girl with dark hair and a heart tattoo on her finger).

She did not say hello, smile or even acknowledge me when I entered the store or even when I went up to the till – she just took my items and started scanning them as if I was not even there. She also didn’t say thank you or goodbye once I’d paid, just turned back around to continue speaking to another colleague next to the till.

I was out Christmas shopping this morning and in a lovely mood when I went into the store, but I ended up leaving angry and feeling like I had been a bother.

I just wanted to bring this to your attention to allow customer service to hopefully be readdressed here and give a better experience to the next customer. Unfortunately it has put me off returning.

    Kind regards,
    Rachel
