J D Wetherspoon plc or popularly known as Wetherspoons is a UK-based pub company that operates across the UK and Republic of Ireland. It was established in 1979 and since then it has expanded enormously. Now the company has more than 900 pubs across UK and Ireland including the chain of Lloyds No.1 bars, and a growing number of Wetherspoon hotels. Now the company is not only a pub company but its offers foods and drinks as growing number of hotels have become part of it. How to Lodge a Complaint to Wetherspoons

You can complain via any of the above means but filing the complaint via its contact form is easy and effective. For lodging, a complaint via the contact form, visit their website, and at the top of the homepage, you will see the ‘contact us/FAQs’ tab. Click this tab and you will be redirected to a new webpage. On this new page, click the ‘contact us’ functionality and you will land on another page having an elaborate contact form.

For lodging your complaint, fill out the form with your personal details, contact info, the pub details, and your complaint details. You can also attach supporting evidence if any (up to 1 MB). After filling the form, check the ‘I am not a robot’ recaptcha and submit your form.

Once you have submitted your contact form, one of the customer support representatives will contact you and will help resolve your complaint. Besides contact form, you can also register your complaint via any of the following methods.

Via Wetherspoons App

Wetherspoons also offers an interactive mobile application which you can download from both apple and Google play store. A link for downloading the app is also provided on the contact page of the site. Download the app and login into your account. You can also get in touch with the customer support team besides ordering your favorite food and booking for your desired pub.

Via Visiting the Pub

In addition to these two contact options, you can also visit the pub for registering your complaint. Just visit your nearest pub and talk to the pub’s manager. Wetherspoons encourage all of its customers to resolve all their pub’s issues inside the pub by talking directly to the pub’s manager.

  1. Very disappointing that no vinegar or tartare sauce was available on “Fish & Chip” Friday

    Asked if I could change for a pizza as unable to enjoy meal without tartare sauce and was informed by Manager Chris that this was not an option unless I wanted to pay separately for pizza.

    Get the basic right at least

After visiting weatherspoons in Teignmouth since it opened I can only say the standard has gone down for weeks now you are lucky to get your 3d choice of meal and lucky to get your 2nd choice of drink and when the meal does arrive it is cold tonight I could only have chips and they were over cooked the standard has gone right down and all of my fry are say the same it is such a shame it has gone to rack shit

  3. I won’t be able to drink in my favourite branded pub any more as Wetherspoon only sell Budweiser products as I will never ever drink Budweiser products again I can no longer drink there beers shame because it was my favourite Wetherspoons pub brand.

I also went to maltby Wetherspoons food is appalling breakfast the bacon and beans was cold the tables not been cleaned you stuck to them the ladies toilets out of about 16 toilets only 4 had doors on one of those had no seat no paper bo soap they was filthy . The bar staff was really young not clearing table or even pretending to look busy we had quite a tee drinks in the 2half stay my daughter had something to eat a desert we had two gins which I accidently knocked off the try I apologised and bought another probably had two more and bought my husband one then a young said about breaking and to leave I asked if joking when she pressed a button and we was surrounded by staff never ever seen anything like we wasn’t loud ,swearing just getting ready to leave totally un proffessional and uncalled for in those few hours we spent quite a lot of money to be treated in this way I worked behind a bar for 9 years five was in that pub never was that done

  5. Staff at Metro Centre Weatherspoons discriminatory behaviour we visited today at dinner time the entrance tables were all full of dirty plates from previous customers nobody seemed to be clearing tables so we went further in to the bar area to table no14. Opposite the bar

    Three members of staff were standing chatting behind the bar, there was spilt food on the floor beside and under the table, I approached the bar staff on my scooter and asked if one of them could clear the mess up, they ignored my request, 5 minutes went by I asked again they started squabbling between themselves one man named Tom told one of the women to clean it up she refused, while we waited we read the menus, nobody came over to clean up or to take our order, the three members of staff continued to counter on making disparaging remarks about me and my wife as if we weren’t there and still none of them cleaned up the spilt food from the floor, we were ready to order our food these three members of staff refused to take our order, despite serving others who walked up to the bar, we were only 10 feet from them we could hear the remarks they were making it was disgusting my wife said let’s go if it’s filthy out here I can’t imagine the state of the kitchens or the level of cleanliness behind the kitchen doors, on our way out the three members of staff said they shouldn’t be allowed in here on their scooters, clearly JD Weatherspoons is trying to deter disabled people from using their facilities, it was a very uncomfortable encounter with ignorant bigoted staff

    The Weatherspoon complaints form keeps coming back saying this and that field are required even though they just won’t accept the information saves having to accept real complaints

  6. I have complained to wetherspoons A few weeks ago but no, But they did not reply to my email. I went to wetherspoons in okhamton devon about three weeks ago, I ordered a burger with chips when it came the burger was burned And you could count the chips, I sent the burger back toi get a fresh one The same burger came back, I was very upset they gave me my money back I will be taking the complaint further
