Complaints Process

At Watchfinder, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. However, in the rare instance that you do need to make a complaint, our team is here to ensure it is resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

To make a complaint, you can contact our customer service team via phone, email or direct message on Twitter. We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days and aim to resolve it within 10 working days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within this timeframe, we will update you on the progress of the investigation.

If you are not satisfied with the response from our customer service team, you can escalate your complaint to our Complaints Officer who will independently review your complaint and provide a final response.

  1. I am very disappointed about your take on how I have been ripped off. I bought a Rolex datajust in may this year in what I believed was a honest price. £13750 Unfortunately today I tried to exchange and you offered £9500. You say prices have dropped but I’ve never seen a Rolex loss £1100 a month
