Complaints Process
At Walk London, we take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have a complaint, please get in touch with our customer service team via email, phone or Twitter. We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours and will do everything we can to find a solution that meets your needs.
Upon receiving your complaint, we will investigate the issue and work with you to identify a suitable solution. We may require additional information or evidence from you to fully investigate the complaint. Once we have all the necessary information, we will provide you with a written response outlining our findings and proposed resolution.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate your complaint to a senior member of our customer service team. We will also provide you with information on any relevant regulatory bodies or dispute resolution services that may be able to assist you.
