Complaints Process

As with any pet insurance provider, there may be times when clients are not satisfied with the service they have received. At Waggel Pet Insurance, they have a clear complaints process in place to ensure that any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

If a client has a complaint, they are encouraged to get in touch with the Waggel customer service team as soon as possible. This can be done by phone or email, as detailed in the contact table above.

Once the complaint has been raised, Waggel will investigate the matter and aim to provide a resolution within 8 weeks. If for any reason the complaint cannot be resolved within this timeframe, they will provide a clear explanation of why and give an estimated date for when the issue will be resolved.

If after following the complaints process a client is still not satisfied with the resolution, they can escalate their complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
