Complaints Process
Voyager Insurance is committed to providing excellent customer service, but if you are unhappy with any part of their service, they have a complaints process in place.
If you have a complaint, you should first contact Voyager Insurance’s customer service team by phone or email outlined in the table above. If the customer service team is unable to resolve your complaint, you can escalate it to a complaints handler. They will investigate your complaint and aim to resolve it within eight weeks.
If you are still unhappy after eight weeks, or if your complaint has been rejected, you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). The FOS is an independent body that can help resolve disputes between financial companies and their customers.
