Vitalife Health Complaints Process

Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate your complaint to our complaints department by emailing complaints@vitalifehealth.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to respond within 10 working days.

Step 3: If you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you can escalate your complaint to our managing director by emailing md@vitalifehealth.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to respond within 10 working days.
