  1. My internet and phone have been intermittent for three days now without explanation. The website says no reason why in my area but on digging deeper I am told it is an area problem. I will not pay this months installment if this is not corrected today and I have an important zoom call on Monday, which if is impaired, I will cancel my subscription and complain to the watchdog. You are clearly slowing speeds for work without informing your customers. It is not good enough.
