Complaints Process

Virgin Media takes customer complaints very seriously and aims to resolve them as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have a complaint, you can contact Virgin Media’s customer service team by phone, email or Twitter. It’s best to have all the necessary details of your complaint written down before you get in touch. This includes your account details, the date and time of the issue and a clear description of the problem. If the customer service representative is unable to resolve your complaint during the first call, they will escalate it to a complaints handler who will investigate the issue and work with you to find a solution.

  1. How can then claim they take complaints seriously? the FB virgin media complaints page has been paused by admin since 28/09/2023 its now 10/10/23, are they that overworked? My main issue is it seems at least once per week we lose internet at 1am on random days and its been happening for months. I cant go online to complain because its my mothers account, she is elderly and cant do it herself, my wife (seperated) has the same issue, the number of times she messages me asking if my virginmedia is having problems. If I had a car this unreliable I would have scrapped it by now, If I was an employee I would be sacked. It is a complete joke of a company.
