Complaints Process
Virgin Balloon Flights strives to provide excellent customer service and always aims to make your experience a memorable one. However, if you have any complaints about your flight, you can do the following:
1. Contact their customer service team via email or phone to register your complaint and get help in resolving the issue. They aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
2. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can escalate the complaint by contacting their Head of Customer Experience.
3. If after following the above steps, you are still dissatisfied, you can contact the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).
