Complaints Process

If the customer prefers to talk on the phone, they can call the customer service number 0800 955 0495. The customer service team will work to resolve the issue within 5 business days. If the customer is not satisfied with the response or resolution provided, they can escalate the matter to the Complaints Manager. The Customer Service team will advise on how to directly contact the Complaints Manager, who will aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days.
