How to Lodge a Complaint to Travelodge
You can complain via any of the above means but filing the complaint via phone is quick, easy, and effective. For lodging, a complaint via phone, visit their website, and at the bottom of the homepage, you will find the ‘contact us’ tab. Click this tab and you will be redirected to another webpage, where you will find their phone number i.e., 08719 848484. Pick up your phone and dial the given number for initiating the complaint process.
Once you are connected with a member of the customer support team then you can tell him/her your complaint and the member will guide you through the resolution process of your complaint. Besides reaching them out by phone, you can also file your complaint via any of the following methods.

Already tried above to no avail. They just wont listen and are not prepared to help their customers.
Hi,
I booked into Travelodge London Lewisham on Friday 18 March 2022 and checked out on Sunday 20 March 2022. I paid for breakfast for the morning of 19 March and it did not reflect on my receipt and on the lodge’s system and they insisted breakfast was not booked and paid for, which is 100% incorrect. I therefore did not get breakfast after paying for it when i made the online booking. I was told to contact customer care…which is what I think I am doing here.
I booked 2 nights which worked out to 89 £ and then added on breakfast for just over 9£ so the total came to 99.98 with vat. I did an online booking and can assure you this was the online pricing at the time of booking and I selected breakfast.
Please explain how something like this could have happened? Please advise on the way forward.
