  1. for nearly 3 and half years been trying to sort out bein over charged i spoke to u over 4weeks ago and u said i will get call back within 48hrs,never happen again,please sort this issue

  2. Absolutely terrible service, you’ve overcharged me for 3 years for £140/month for a property with only two people. No leaks according to your own engineer, which also said this is a mistake on the Thames Water end, and the charge has been based on an incorrect meter. No answer from any of your departments on this. I’m filing complaints all over the place until this is resolved, if so.
