  1. With reference to my telephone conversation today with Courtney.
I have a major complaint…I have severe back problems and so i ordered Tramadol from my GP. I travelled to Barnsley Superdrug today to pick up the medication. When got home i was given Neditol i am unable to get back to Barnsley untill the weekend. The pharmasict Hodo Jama informed me that my Tramadol is now at Superdrug i am unable to get back to Barnsley untill the weekend as i do not have transport. I was told the medication could not be delivered So i told the pharmasict that she is leaving me in pain through no fault of my own.
