  1. Extremely unhappy about the brusque service at your outlet in Sainsburys, Alder Road, Poole Very little instruction in their use, they perform poorly, either too high, too low or off. They amplify all sounds in a distorted fashion Despite promises there is no software provided and no online support has been given whatever. They actually WORSEN my hearing ability. I am disgusted by your service and demand the return of the £2000 I paid in good faith, I was recommended to you by a family member in East Anglia and she is appalled by my experience. It has taken me months to get around to this complaint as I feel I have been totally cheated and it has upset me greatly I have several health issues and I am unwell frequently. WHAT A DISGRACE THIS ALL IS!! I am a retired GP with 42 years service.

  2. I am really really upset now. I have been an Easycare customer for 16 years now using your Canterbury branch. The staff are great and customer service is brilliant.
    But last year when my Boston two pack cleaner and cleanser ran out your staff gave me an all in one solution called Easyvision which is completely rubbish and leaves my contact lens smeary, blurry and is not fit for purpose. I can’t even drive with my lens in now as they are too dangerous. I pay you a direct debit for a suitable service and you have stopped supplying that suitable service. My optician Sean has said it is a senior management issue so I need to complain to get my services restored. I was given one bottle of Easyvision until a solution was found but that bottle ran out and I didn’t get any solutions or call back at all. so before I start looking around for another provider and raising my very distressing concerns on Social Media will you please give me the Contact lens solutions you are contracted to provide me please. I am asking you for what you are under contract to supply to me.
    Up to now I have sent annual compliments into your store so I am really really really upset to have to write this complaint now!
