  1. The service that I have had from Sofology has been shocking. I have brought sofa from them in 2019 November. i has an issue with it straight the way with the one side sinking in which was unpleasant to sit on. I then had the seating foam changed. I then started experiencing the same thing early this year. due to covid and my wife having a heart attack I found that it was not on the top of my list, hence the reason i did not report it sooner. I was told by the agent that they have been working al the way through Covid, which i found very poor empathy due to my wife condition. After the service engineer had been i was told it way natural wear and tear. this over a period of under 2 year how can one side, the side that is not used as much soften so much. with the side that is use so much more not soften much at all. then to be told that they would not look to do anything further. I have not even had the sofa for 2 years and to believe that one side would give in more then the other is hard to understand. i have been into two stores and was told they would hold it own for a lot longer. I feel very disappointed with the way I have been sold a product not serving its main purpose no more then 24 months. As per the customer service is a complete joke. Being told that a managers call is only a request and that he/she does not have to call back. I can not belive this is how this company can treat customers like this and feel its all .ok not even taking no accountablity to the customers. i feel so upset. This is the first time that had made a purchase from Sofology. This rely does not give be faith to refer to a friend or family. having to care for a wife that has underling heath issues and having a heart attack and a family member with cancer has put so much strain on my wellbeing, then to deal with this has been shocking. I Hpoe that some after reading this with understand my situation and look to resolve my complaint.
