    I received a surprise bouquet of flowers. Looks most like Starry Night. I was very disappointed as the leaves already were wilting and some of the blue flowers look very nearly ready for the bin. 4 white roses, 3 purple flowers, 1 lily and 3 red carnations. But a huge amount of green stems of which the leaves are not fresh looking. I think, the bouquet will not have a long life. However the thought was there. Perhaps they were waiting somewhere too long. I do not know but it is a shame. The long white stick seems the most beautiful in the bouquet.

I am so upset and disappointed with your service and feel that I cannot now recommend you to my relatives and many friends.

  4. I am writing to you complaining about the Orchids that were delivered to me. I have now written to you THREE times but, so far, have not received a reply. Can you possibly give me a reason why you have not replied to me. Have you gone out of business?
