SCS offers live chat to help customers report their complaints. You can easily find the chat icon that says “Start Chat” in the bottom right corner.

Once you click on the chat icon, the pop window will ask you the essential details. Fill them in and request a chat. The live agent will immediately start chatting with you and take your complaint. 

They will try to rectify the issue then and there. Sometimes, you may have to wait for the live agent due to heavy traffic. The live agent will ask you a series of questions to understand the issue, and you can give him a detailed description of your complaint. 

The agent will try their best to resolve the issue then and there. If it is going to take time, they will rely on the message and give you a time estimation of when the matter will be resolved.

  1. Customer Support:

SCS offers a customer support team to address their customer’s problems, concerns, or complaints. You can call them on 0191 731 3300. They are available from 9 am to 8 pm on weekdays, 9 am to 6 pm every Saturday, and 10 am to 6 pm every Sunday.

They will call you and gather more evidence if required. They will resolve the issue within 15 business days. In most cases, the complaint is resolved then and there.

SCS offers a contact form to register your complaint. Go to their official website and click on the “Contact Form.” The contact form window will pop up. Ensure to fill in all the details and click on “Submit.”

Once the contact form is submitted, the SCS customer agent will review the form and get in touch with you regarding it as soon as possible. They will acknowledge the complaint and resolve it within 15 business days.

  1. Tracking:

If you have an issue with tracking your order or delivery, you can directly go to the official website. Go to “Contact Us” and click on track my order. The “Track Your Order” pop window will pop up. Fill in the necessary details carefully and submit to get status. 

If you are still not satisfied, click on the “Need More Help?” option below. It will lead to the popular FAQs where you can find ready answers. You can directly call the SCS customer care agent if you want more assistance.

You can also give SCS your honest feedback to help them improve their services. Click on the “Feedback” on the right side of the page. When you click on the “Feedback” button, you will get two options Specific Feedback and Generic Feedback.
