  1. My partner and I purchased two Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultras yesterday (25/10/21) for £1588 (One Navy and one Black) The payment went through and we received an order number. We ordered through UniDays, used no additional discount codes and wouldn’t receive a free Galaxy Smart Tag as a result of this which was fine as you would receive if we hadn’t gone through Unidays.
    We noticed an email came through an hour later saying the order had been cancelled, with no reason as to why this was.
    My partner has been on live chat, on the phone to customer services and the store in Manchester, not to mention Twitter for countless hours now (at least 6/7hours) and we have gotten no-where.
    After another email exchange we received an email stating our order doesn’t comply with the Terms and Conditions even though we logged in through Unidays, added two phones to the cart and paid …
    ‘We take security very seriously at Samsung, not only to protect ourselves but also our valued customers, and your order has been deemed too high risk’ because we ordered through Unidays .. absolute shambles.
    We have proof of the order going through with the number, and proof of the transaction going through the bank, taking the £1588 out.
    We then receive another email stating that before we place another order, kindly call your bank to authorize your payment as well .. even though the money was taken out and Samsung reversed the order. Very bold to assume we will be placing another order at a minimum of £1838 which is a lot more than what we previously had paid.
    If anyone at Samsung can look into this issue, I can provide the order number and case number we have raised with the customer service team.
    Overall the service has been horrendous and very disappointing. We were both very excited to receive our new phones, as neither of us have been Samsung users before ( currently Apple and OPPO)
