Via Online Dispute Resolution Platform

Finally, you can also register your complaint via online dispute resolution mechanism. Goods or services sold online can also be submitted to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution Service (“ODR”) via their website: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

The ODR is a platform which helps customers who have purchased goods or services online in the EU if a dispute arises. The ODR platform will send your complaint to a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution provider who works with the parties to solve the problem.

You recovered our car to Wilshers Garage in Wimpole just over 2 weeks ago after the alternator failed,they had to source an original Bosch alternator for it,we were going away in between so only collected it on Friday 19th November,the first patrolman that came out was`nt that helpful which was unusual,he said that he would have to make arrangment`s to send a recovery truck for the following day,however another patrolman arrived early the following day and the message of the recovery had not been passed on to him either by you or the other patrolman,had he had known the car had to be recovered he said that a recovery truck would have been sent,on collecting the car we noticed damage straight awy to the driver`s door and wing where he had to feed his wire along to the front of the car and also on the front bumper where he had to attach his front number plate to recover the car to the garage on his patrol van,the registration of the car is M29ORE and it is an MGTF,I have tried with t-cut to remove it without any luck.you are more than welcome to come and inspect it and give instruction for a smart repair but the car is/was in excellent condition before being taken away and both the lead and your protion against the number plate have damaged the car

Hi im a motabilty driver my car had a engine managment fault on it, you came out on thursday last week and so called fixed the fault, after a short drive friday i had the same message appear, you came out again friday and said it needed to go in, so you would arrange a car for me, no car came friday and i was called to say they couldnt get a car to me before Monday i phoned this morning to see where the car is and you still have no car for me i go to scotland on wednesday so i need a car urgently i understand finding a suv auto is causing a problem but surely they are other hire companies that can help. Please can you help finding me a hire car asap

  3. I filled in the online form for a complaint on the 4th January 2022 and received a confirmation email. I heard nothing back so made contact again on 15th January 2022 and received nothing. Please can you advise?
