  1. bought a leather three piece suite and got 5 year furniture guard as an extra £269.79 2 years ago. unfortunately the colour is coming off the back of one of the chairs and on having the insurers out was told they will not fix it as it is my fault because i have no hair and so it would be caused through the seat off my head. nobody said this when i got the insurance and was led to believed everything was covered. you cant even read the small print with glasses would never buy from oak furnitureland again and would certainly not get the insurance.
