1 thought on “Nationwide Complaints”

  1. Do not even consider dealing with Nationwide if you are not permanently resident in the UK. Since moving back to Australia we have been cut off from our accounts and Nationwide refuses to allow access. Even their complaint site demands a UK address which we no longer have. At significant expense we had documents proving our Australian address certified and sent to Nationwide and these were rejected. Calling is impossible. Chat takes forever and leads to promised action that does not eventuate. We were actually briefly back in the UK last year, visited a branch but the teller refused to look at our documents, telling us to contact the head office which is impossible. Diabolically bad institution
