  1. I pre booked a ticket to Plymouth on 5th November 2021, fro Liverpool to Plymouth on the 8am coach, I arrived well in time for the pick up, but found that they had changed the time from 8am on 16th December to 7 30,and had no contact details to let me know. To my shock and having no staff to speak with, I eventually spoke to a wonderful Lady called Ella, who worked in the same building, but for Merseytravel. She offeredto phone National Express on my behalf, and they changed the time to 10-55am, so I had to wait in coffee shops until then, and even then I did’nt get to my destination until around 10ish that evening totally exhausted. I think this is very unfair of National Express to not take any contact details from people. I hope to hear from you in due course. My name is Denise Edwards and my ticket number is UXH27112 ….. thank you.

  2. Hi I received your letter today offering me a half price ticket for another trip with National Express, unfortunately I won’t be travelling with the Company again, as I don’t book online, and we don’t have a desk in Mersey Travel anymore. As this is NE fault, as they had no contact details, and the coach I travelledon was the one that picked up in different places, I think it’s very unfair to offer a half price ticket. I would settle for a full refund if that’s ok, my case number is36592901, hope to hear from you in due course …… thank you.

    Denise Edwards.
