  1. I am a 72 year old pensioner living alone on £159 per week, I have always shopped at Morrisons using my My Morrisons card, up until recently when I accrued 5000 points I received a £5 off voucher (redeemable against any amount spent) . Please could you explain why I now have to spend £50 in 1 transaction to claim the latest voucher I received, I and lots of people in my situation cannot afford to spend £50 per week on grocery most of my shop is fruit, veg, and perishables.

I look forward to your comments and reasoning behind the change, is there any benefit to using the card?

  2. How come when you try to send a complaint to Morrisons by email they have stopped using the published email address & you are referred to anti social media??

  3. Good afternoon,
Could you explain why Morrisons are discriminating against vulnerable people who chose not to visit a store but rather order goods for home delivery.
I am expecting a delivery shortly that has cost me in excess of £125 but the 7p vouchers are only available in store.
I have been a customer at your Malvern Store now for 10 years and have been using home deliveries for well over 18 months now so as to keep safe during this pandemic. My fortnightly orders often exceed £100
Your response would make interesting reading.

PS why is fresh@morrisons .com still on your website for complaints when it is no longer monitored?

  4. I am writing to inform the manager of this service, about an employee seen at The Morrisons supermarket, Trident Point, Harrow, London. He is described as african origin, medium quite slim built, short hair, wore a store uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 30-40 years, cleaner/other. I, assume, this person, took a five pound note, from a self-service till, used by a customer, in 2019/20. My email address is shown for approval. Please could you check into this person and his associates immediately. customer
