You can complain via any of the above means but filing the complaint via Live Chat is quick, easy, and effective. For lodging, a complaint via Live Chat, visit their website, and at the bottom of the homepage, you will find the a chat tab. Click this tab and a new window will pop up. Now you have to fill in the necessary details like name, email, phone number, and reason of contact. Once you provide all these information then click ‘start chat’ and you will be connected with the customer support team instantly. The live chat facility is available from 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM, seven days a week.

Once you are connected with a member of the customer support team then you can tell him/her your complaint and the member will guide you through the resolution process of your complaint. Besides reaching them out by live chat, you can also file your complaint via any of the following methods.

  1. hello i ordered flowers to arrive on Tuesday 28th for a special occasion, i had given you several days to arrange the delivery but Tuesday came and i had a message to say they were on there way and would be delivered between 11.08 and 13.08 this time came and went. then a message to say they would be delayed a little however the end of the day came and went. i messaged both yourself and the delivery center the Centre assured me that as sorry as they were they would arrive the next day but to be honest the special occasion had now pasted us by with out me marking it and looking like i did not care.
    This was very distressing for me i messaged your live chat and explained on that the response i got was almost as upsetting as the lack of flowers JAMES i believe the person on the other end of the live chat came back with, oh must be lost do you want them resent or a refund . i am sorry but on any level this is just not on no empathy at all no consideration for my distress or that of the receiver just well what do you want this upset me as much as not having the flowers delivered. i have always found mooning to be an understanding company but this was below standard for any company who cares about their customer service. and i think JAMES may need to get some training in this field. very disappointed customer
