    Holiday booked for 5 people with luggage included on the 18th Janaury 2022. On the 19th the luggage was changed with easyjet to 4 people. They provided proof the refund of £53.98 had been sent back to Loveholidays mastercard. Who has in return not refunded payment to my account, which I’ve requested on the many occasions. I was promised by their team this would be looked into two months ago, it is still ongoing 21.03.2022. There is constance repeated bad customer service even from staff concerning the siutation when calling, if you get through. You easily get through if you want to book another holiday no hold-ups there.

  2. I booked a holiday on 4th March 2022 for 9th June 2022 for 10 days to Fuengirola Spain. I have received no holiday confirmation e-mail, no LOV reference number, therefore unable to manage my booking. I want to know exactly where we’re staying, what times our flights are (to enable us to book airport parking) etc. Love Holidays have taken 2 payments from our bank account, but still no email confirmation. Please can you check my e-mail address against the information you have and send all details as soon as possible.
    Unfortunately I have rung constantly to be told by an answerphone message that I need my LOV reference, which I haven’t got.

  3. I do not understand!!! I changed my flights and hotel but when I go to print the details out from manage my booking they are all incorrect, I have done the chat on line, called and nothing has been finalised

Can someone ring me please I want compensation for 2 days I missed off my 7 day break to tenerife sat on marble Airport floor for 5 hours being ignored by staff who shuck their shoulders when asked what’s happening with our plane.only for the same thing to happen on the way back no explanation no apologies either from u or Leeds and Bradford Air port 01924 827300

My partner booked a holiday for myself and him for Tenerife on the 27th of March the day before we tried to check in to Ryanair but was unsuccessful so decided to wait until we arrived at the airport, on arrival we were told that the email had been changed and was not incompatible with the reservation number and couldn’t be done. We paid had to pay £110 going out and £60 coming back even though we rang the customer service while we were on holiday they were no help. I find this very disappointing has the holiday had been paid for and was told at the airport that nothing could be done and wasn’t surprised has a number of passengers had the same problem. I will never book with loveholiday again and will tell everyone I can how bad they treat there customers.

    Tenerife 28/11/2023–5/12/2023 .Staying at blue sea hotels on arrival at the hotel we were told due to a mistake in the booking system, they we’re sending us to their sister hotel ( blue sea costa jardin&spa for one night and the next day to canarife palace hotel.
    On the day we returned home both my wife and I broke out in red rash on our arms, legs and neck, some being very sore and itchy. We went to the doctors and discovered we had both been bitten by bedbugs, we have both had to take a course of steroid tablets, which spoiled our otherwise lovely holiday.
