You say ring I have been ringing since Monday to see what they can do about my holiday which is tomorrow 23 September 2021, I booked and paid for early flights, on Monday email to say they have changed to later flights which is a 10 hour difference not bad going but coming home is not good we would not get home till about 5 in the morning we have to be in work at 6 so we can’t go I would like a refund or transfer money to next year as it is not our fault.I have spent a total of 12 or more hours on the phone not spoke to one person.
