  1. I have been a loyal Ikea customer for over 20 years. Always been impressed with value for money and products. Even look forward to the restaurant meals. I now live in East Sussex and my nearest store is Southampton (1 hr and 1/2 driving). My wife and I attended the store on 27/07/21 made many purchases and on exit, each decided to have a “hot-dog meal. After queuing for 15 minutes when reaching the till we were advised that there was “no pickles nor onions available and that the inclusive soft drink was unavailable” I could have can of coke for additional cost! No apology, take it or not. Not at all impressed. I will reconsider visiting your store again.

  2. Whilst I understand and sympathise with stock problems the website provides consistently incorrect stock information. I recently checked availability of five items in Warrington store – all in stock. I travelled to the store only to find four items were not in stock!
I have tried to purchase a microwave today. Three appliances were listed as ‘out of stock’.
One ‘in stock’ at Warrington. However, when I tried to do ‘click and collect’ I’m advised that the appliance is not available in Warrington!!
