How does pickup work on mcdonalds app?
Simply download the McDonald’s app and choose the restaurant you would like to order from, browse our menu and order. Once you arrive in-store, locate one of the QR code stickers and scan it via the app to check in and pay. From there you can collect your food at the front counter.
Does McDonald’s cancel mobile order?
There are no cancellations on orders in the app, so you’ll still be charged even if it’s not picked up. Payment is accepted at checkout before you get to the restaurant. To get assistance for a refund, please contact the restaurant where you purchased your order.
Can someone else pick up my mcdonalds order from the app?
So, if somebody else is picking up the order, they have to have the phone the order was placed on so they can ‘check in’ when they arrive at the restaurant. If you don’t ‘check in’ on the phone, the crew members won’t receive the order on their screens and will be unable to fulfill the order.
Can you add McDonald’s points after purchase with receipt?
If you’re enjoying your order and suddenly realized you never provided your code, no worries! Take these steps to contact us in the app: Select More in the bottom navigation. Select Add Missing Points from Receipt.
