  1. I should have received today an order I made with you for a Gina Bacconi dress. The dress was a fuschia stretch crepe Barbara dress size 14. Although an order was delivered by Evri it certainly was not my dress! It was an Under Armour Waist Bag from Sports Direct which I have no knowledge of at all. I certainly did not order one! IT WAS THROWN OVER THE BACK GATE AND WAS NOT BY THE BACK DOOR AS REQUESTED! I do not know what has gone wrong but obviously some thing has. The dress was £200 and as a pensioner I certainly cannot afford to lose this money. The dress was for a very special wedding happening in a few days. I hope you can resolve this issue as soon as possible so that I am able to wear this dress to the wedding. The order No: is HOF40000xxxxxx554. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP. I purchased today in House of Fraser in Westfield Shopping Centre, ArielWay , London, pair of Barbour International Supra Leggings , I paid £52, because I am very happy with them so when I came back home I have ordered on line another two pairs, but I was very surprised because the price of each pair identical , the same style number etc , was £47 !!
    Why did I pay for exactly the same £52, on the same day, from the same shop?
    Could you please explain this to me please

  3. I returned two orders to the House of Fraser on the 30th of June in excess of 200 pounds and I have not received a refund. Order Numbers are HOF40000071632482 and HOF40000071576210. I used HOF’s preferred courier ParcelConnect and they have verified that the orders were sent. HOF Customer Service have said they have not got the return and PC are verifying they were sent. HOF have asked me to go back to the courier which I already had. Please look into this issue and advise.

  4. I’ll never shop at house of Fraser again. Pathetic customer service, impossible,, and my latest delivery date has past ,, and now it’s too late . Useless, liars ,, and totally incompetent

Absolutely appalled, received two tops from house of fraser , returned one on the 8th Nov, nearly 4 weeks on and still received no money back , £120 , at this time of year , when we all are in need of money, emailed and Web chat on 3 occasions and got know where , can anyone advise me please .
