    • Hi this happened to me last June 2020, to find ten days later I had to pay a Ten pound top up, then they dropped the bomb shell, that my parcel was damaged, and I could not have it back.
And now I am still waiting on HERMES to compensate me, I cannot find my tracking number, only the card they gave me.
Getting in touch is impossible, I have more chance of breaking into a safe with a plastic spoon than, find out, what is happening.

I have sent numerous emails regarding a claim on insurance for an item damaged in transit.

I am not receiving any acknowledgement recently regarding the latest images of the damage sent.

I have emailed Martijn deLange this morning hoping to get his involvement in the investigation.

  5. SERIOUSLY I am sick of getting text saying I have missed my delivery – Never getting a card through the door and your messages giving barcode numbers which your ‘voice service HELPER’ does not accept.
I WORK FROM HOME I HAVE 2 VERY LOUD DOGS NO ONE HAS KNOCKED ON MY DOOR!!!!

HOW DO I GET THIS PARCEL as your codes do not match and more importantly how do I stop hermes delivering to me. I want to take out an official order. I am serious you have broken into my property so many time through a 6ft locked fence – broken it where you have forced it, broken my other property by throwing over the fence when force would not work and now stealing my stuff because you wont walk up the ally way to the front door.

  7. I had an email to ask me to verify my email address. Of course I did not. It said to contact customer services if necessary. The number given by Google had changed, I tried the new number which wouldn’t allow me to speak to anyone as I had no delivery number etc. (Of course not, I wasn’t expecting a delivery). I tried the online chat, after I had typed all this, and more, it told me there was an assistant available but I should pay £5 to do so. I think there was something about it being refundable and something else about paying £5 every month. I withdrew. Is this called customer service?
