You can complain via any of the above means but filing the complaint via chat is easy as it is an instant means of lodging your complaint. For lodging, a complaint via phone, visit their website, and at the bottom of the homepage, you will find the ‘help center’ tab.   1. My granddaughter is seriously I’ll in hospital we have asked PLEASE cancel her account Miss Leonie Howell-Martin 10 Quarn Gardens Derby DE13HJ she says she has cancelled it but with her been so very I’ll we aren’t 100%

As soon as I saw the price of my chosen, I immediately cancelled, and deactivated, on the day, when had the message to say its on its way, I contacted said no thank you, when it came, I refused delivery, cant do, have been harassed ever since. Emails, texts, phone calls. Now are offering 50% back, after I pay in full, I will have to fight for half back. No human contact, its all copy and paste. Now being threatened with a debt collector, welcome to, you will get 1p per month, making it 5,500 months, obviously more cause there will be charges on top, I will be dead by then, avoid avoid avoid !!!!

I am still waiting on a Team leader / supervisor return call from three weeks ago, but nothing, but to rub insult to this, I received call today advising I have credit of £49.48 on my account that I could use, unbelievable. Tried explaining the circumstances to nice lady, but she said she could not help and had no contact with complaints. We expected deliver on Sunday over five weeks ago , our normal delivery day, but no text nothing, after receiving nothing we then received a text late Monday evening advising our delivery would be Tuesday that week, we had no food and we had to buy the week shopping Monday, so we didn’t need the delivery, it was a huge waste and an inconvenience for us, spoke to customer services department . They offered us £5.00 of the price, which was just not good enough, asked to speak to someone in authority and was advised there was no one, asked for return call which we are still waiting for. It was a real shame as we had used Hello Fresh for over a year, but as there was nothing cancelled our account, What a poor services.
