  1. i have logged via your comments form my disappointment that no one has contacted us since our return from a weeks break regarding our very bad experience that resulted in us cutting our holiday, we were verbally abused by a member of staff during our stay at golden sands lincolnshire

Hi I have sent a texts about two weeks ago and not had a reply I went Blu dophin on June the 10 .I have books lots of holidays with haven over the years .but when you ring and done one say what do you what me to do about it is not good customer service .it was about me paying play and stay .but the large room was only open Friday and Saturday . because they say there was not many people in there .but you can us the small room room ,which I was not happy as it I didn’t what to sit on a room with kids .I went with my husband ,for a break as he not been well .you should inform people when there are booking that it will not be open .if I was told that ,I would have just booked a caravan

Abslootly discusted paid extra for park tickets to then not get into entertainment coss its full so waited in a que with young kids for an hour still not to get in there should be a time limit or chance to book as now stuck in a caravan feom 6.30 pm with bored kids on what is supposto be a fun holiday ive never been so discusted we cut our break short

  4. We were on our 1st haven visit to Sandy Bay, and our van was dirty so not happy we had to clean everything to begin with.
