  1. Good afternoon I went from Caldicot to Cribbs Causeway today expecting to board the no. 19 bus to Bath ( as per your website ) . Upon arriving at Cribbs Causeway was told the 19 no longer stops here you have to get to Bristol Parkway !

That wasn’t an option given the time frame so I had to spend almost an hour waiting for the bus back to Caldicot via Chepstow !

    Four hours in total wasted.

I was informed the 19 hasn’t stopped at Cribbs Causeway since January … unbelievable how it’s still advertised on your website and it’s the end of April !

    A very disgruntled

  2. Aberdeen First Bus
About 10 people were standing at the Adelphi for a 23 bus around 115. One came along, stopped in the middle of Union street behind a 20 which was changing drivers. He moved a little bit to the 23 stop. The 23 drove past and carried on up Union street without picking up any passengers. We are all left there awaiting another bus. This is outrageous because he saw passengers waiting.
