  1. Good afternoon I went from Caldicot to Cribbs Causeway today expecting to board the no. 19 bus to Bath ( as per your website ) . Upon arriving at Cribbs Causeway was told the 19 no longer stops here you have to get to Bristol Parkway !

    That wasn’t an option given the time frame so I had to spend almost an hour waiting for the bus back to Caldicot via Chepstow !

    Four hours in total wasted.

    I was informed the 19 hasn’t stopped at Cribbs Causeway since January … unbelievable how it’s still advertised on your website and it’s the end of April !

    A very disgruntled
