  1. Again, went to your Swindon store on Sunday and needed to use your facilities. I use the word ‘facility’ loosely. There are two ladies cubicles and one disabled cubicle. The only toilet paper was soiled and strewn across the floor. Not one toilet roll to be found only empty rolls thrown around. Also, there was no soap in the dispensers. I went into the disabled toilet and there was water all across the floor and still no toilet paper or soap. The wash basins were also very dirty. I then approached a member of staff to raise my concerns and was informed due to cut backs, you do not employ cleaners over the weekend. How do you justify this when it is the busiest time of the week? Also, how many germs are lurking on the toilet seats after two days of neglect? It also raises concerns of health and safety as the facilities are next to the cafe. Not very hygienic when using them and then buying food and drink and the smell leaking into the shop. Not impressed and not customer friendly.

  2. I was overcharged £10 at your Bangor store yesterday and was not given a till receipt. I was sent it by email and noticed the overcharge. Had I been given a receipt I would have noticed immediately. I have tried ringing your store numerous times and your website is utterly useless to make a complaint.
I am angry and frustrated with the time it is taking for me to raise this complaint and the fact that I was not given my receipt at the till. I live 60 miles away so cant just pop in.
