Disgusting service. My 2 parcels never arrived, I had a text to say they were coming tomorrow, then a further text the next morning to say they had technical issues and would not be delivering, this was all repeated again the following day. Then they decided to return the parcel to the sender without attempting to deliver it. Still haven’t got my parcels, this company needs investigating!!!!!

Ordered child’s only Christmas presents on 16th December still not left their depo in Birmingham!! 7 days in the same depo , trying to talk to someone is nigh on impossible. I can’t afford anymore presents so 12yr old got nothing for Christmas this is an absolute outrage
