The courier will always attempt to deliver items to your original address before leaving a parcel in a safe place or with your chosen neighbour. You’ll still receive your parcel at your home address, even with a diversion request (so long as you’re in).
Does Evri deliver to your door?
At Evri, we’re known for sending parcels directly to your door, but that’s not the only thing we do! We offer a range of services to help you send parcels easily. There are 3 ways to send a parcel with Evri – simply drop off at a ParcelShop or Locker, or organise a courier collection.
What happens if I’m not home for Evri?
Not at home? No problem! Your Evri courier will always make three attempts to deliver your parcel. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be marked as ‘Return to Sender’, and you’ll be reimbursed as soon as your order arrives back at our logistics centre.
Where is my Evri package?
To track your parcel, you need to use your Evri order number. If you are unsure of your order number then please go to the “My Account area”, log in and then click on the “My Orders” tab to find your HRM number. This number can also be found on your confirmation email.
What happens if I am not at home for Hermes delivery?
Hermes will make 2 attempts to re-deliver your parcel, remember you can request a neighbour sign for the parcel, or authorise the driver to leave the parcel in a safe place via your My Hermes tracking link.Jul 29, 2019
