  1. Good evening, you recommend telephoning to lodge an enquiry or complaint. I tried this today and was left on hold for 33 minutes before I gave up. However we bought a bed sofa 2nd November 2020, this was duly delivered 4th February 2010 so this is 9 months old. The seat cushions, the leather has stretched and looks unsightly and they have lost their integrity so they sag in the middle. They are no longer comfortable to sit on ,as this item cost £2500 I feel that this is not really acceptable seeing as it is less that a year old. I would appreciate some come back. Thank you.

After waiting for our new sofa to arive we were concerned regards to the colour the order stated tumeric however this is not what arrived, we took off the plastic wrap to see if it would make a difference the settee has scuff marks small tear no where to fit the legs and generally poorly made ,the cushions are gorgeous but for the expense not good ,the helpline complaints were vert nice and sympathetic however they stated 2,3 days for someone to ring ,were just very disappointed and shocked at the standards of workmanship for a company that boasts such high quality 😔
