    My name is Ian Finucane Head Porter Lancaster Close St Petersburgh Place W2 4JZ
    Today at around 2.35pm a delivery rider Abdel Malek scooter license plate KV20 AZD came to Lancaster Close to deliver to flat 35 where he then abused me in my place of work. I asked him where he wanted to go which he saw as a challenge my intention was to guide to the right location. His body language was one of threat he told me that I was just a porter in a venomous tone when I asked him to leave he told me he did as he wanted. I normally have great relations with the delivery staff however I would wonder whether this gentlemen should really be dealing with the public I do not want this man to come into this building again. It my role to look after the safety of this block, if you have untrained staff who criminal history is unchecked people should worry. I have also sent a copy of this email to my governing body so that I can hold your company responsible if any violence is drawn to myself or residence or property

  2. I am not a customer. I am a pedestrian. They zoom past on sidewalks where they shouldn’ ride, ride the wrong way down one way streets, nearly run over small children and and rage at people who get in the cross fire. Deliveroo staff act like a gang of thugs, in my area. There competition, train staff riders how to be polite to people… not this company though.

  3. This is the 5th or 6th time that I’ve ordered from deliveroo and again the order was freezing cold. I ordered from pizza express at 10 to 7 the food didnt get to me until half past 9. The order got picked up by the driver at 10 to 9 and took 40 minutes to get 3 miles to my house!!! I want a full refund for this order which was 20 pounds for stone cold pizza!! Its not good enough!! The driver didn’t even have the food in a heat bag and I tipped him which was a big mistake!!!! The last few times I’ve ordered from yourselves the order is either wrong or cold its a fucking joke!! You should be shut down for hiring bad staff that cannot make a delivery in time absolute joke company!!!!! 0 out of 5 stars will never recommend to anyone!
